Because I'm on Scratch often (very) and i think i can handle it. You don't need to be very popular on scratch and you don't need exremly good project (i hope you don't have to spell everything correktly lol )

Yes. Just keep trying. Be helpful in the forums and give good advice, etc. and soon the Scatch Team will ask you (not the other way around) to become one.
