Hi, I've just finished a free online graphics editor for small graphics. I guess some people might find it usefull for making sprites (esp. vehicles, buildings, robots etc.).

It crates 24 bit PNG format with transparency (500 x 333 px big), so after downsampling you should get some nice quality.

Also, it automaticaly creates 2 animated costumes (with wheels spinning and lights flashing).

I'll try posting some examples with my next project here.
