Can you do it without FTP? I just wanna make 1 page of html code!

There's an online FTP built into the service.

But if you want to just test out HTML, just save it to your computer...

I want to make it browser-accessable from any computer...

Then put it on a memory stick.

Or if you want something really simple, use Freewebs - they let you write your own HTML websites, you don't have to use their templates.
