Scratch

Im not going to be on for a while because i will be developing xDAni, My school extra credit project (Its a bit like scratch, but somehow different, Read the blog @ slapydev.wordpress.com). So im gonna make a BIG community project but i need to ask a question to a mesh user.
If i setup three different ports on my mesh server and used sms to ping the right server for the user (Kinda like voting through sms) and used it to record the amount of the ports being accessed, then share the results.
I have a pingphp sms shortcode for UK (It pings different php pages....).
If you know how i would do this or if its possible please tell me.
