Sticky Only Forum
Maybe a sticky only forum so you can see all the stickys on one forum 
Edit 6:31 (gmt+10)
An Example (the stickys are fake, some could be real)
Suggestion sticky's:
Get stricter
Good suggestions
Show and tell stickys:
Make a good advertisement
How to get popular
(and so on)
This would only count for active forums on the SCRATCH website...

To fix this maby the suggestion stickys:
could be a link to the suggestions forum & so on
if this isn't what you mean plz explain

Good idea! However, you can't be sure whether the user knows which forum the sticky belongs to. Plus, what about the TBG forum? Will the stickies there count too? Nice in concept, but you need to flesh out the details.

Hmm, that's good. But there's still one more bug... you'll have to click on an extra link to go back to whatever forum you were in. And, it isn't easy to implement this. The Scratch Team will have to dig out all the stickies, create a whole new forums etc. Still, glad to see you bothered to fix it! It shows you actually care about it and it's not just a random thought that you came across
