I was commenting on a project with block ideas and I told them a few blocks wouldn't work because of what the type they were detect and what the creator were expecting them to do. The person replies to me and says that if I don't stop that they will disable comments. I reply saying I wasn't trying to be mean and was just helping. I leave for vacation and i get back, I have a message from the project, but when I click it, the project's been deleted.
Do you think this was correct reasoning on the creators part, or ignorance to except constructive criticism?

You didn't do anything wrong; the creator of the project just didn't understand that you were trying to help. I don't think the project creator overreacted, they probably just don't really know the difference between when someone's giving constructive criticism and when someone's being rude.

Wow, some people really don't take criticism well...
