Xbox 360 Open Tray problem

Hey I know this isn't a "fix your problems" fourm but I'm sure I'm not the only one here.

Basically, my xbox 360 can't read ANY disks at all. It justs says open tray when I insert one.

I brought my xbox out of the cables and I realized something was rolling about in it.

Any help?

Send it off to get fixed. Or ask on Xbox.com or somfin.

Go mow lawns and buy new parts or a new computer for yourself, then go on steam, and buy games on it. Bam, you are done.

Consoles aren't as good as Computers. Build your own Computer.

Probably the most helpful answer. I was thinking of looking at the disk drive but I don't want to void the warrenty. Sent to microsoft it is then.
