Size Effect

I think that instead of the

[change size by (number)]
[set size to (number)]

blocks, that there should be

Size as a graphic effect!

The problem with that is that the graphic effects get cleared after you click the stop button.

I don't see what benefits that might have when compared to the current blocks. Though it would be good for the sake of consistency.
