I thought of it that way too. In fact, while I was watching it, at the you-know-what scene I heard little kids crying.

I saw that movie! It was great! they realy outdid themselves, but there are some movies by pixar that should NOT have sequals.
CARS: WORST MOVIE THEY EVER MADE.
ratatoulie: good, but does not need to be continued.
up: was a sweet moive, but does it need a sequal?
a bugs life: it was a good movie, but a sequal? HA STINKIN' HA!

Cars might have been their worst, but is the worst really that bad?
Apparently, in the new cars, Mater goes around with Lightning and Mater is mistaken for a spy.

Cars 2: June 24, 2011!!!!! 2012- Brave (aka the Bear and the Bow) and MI2! Any other pixar fans on here, this is a great site to see whats up with pixar: http://www.pixarplanet.com/blog/

Oh my gosh! look what i jus found on the site of the link i just posted! "From the beginning, it was clear that Toy Story 3 would become the highest grossing Pixar film of all time.
In its fourth weekend, it seems as though Buzz and Woody have succesfully reached their domestic goal. Although the film only landed the number four spot, in doing so, Pixar’s 11th narrowly surpassed Finding Nemo’s domestic gross of $339.7 million dollars! An addition of $20 million puts Pixar’s 11th at:
$340,200,000
Declaring ‘victory’ this weekend could be a bit tricky. See, the margin of error is pretty thin: a slightly lower weekend total could set Toy Story 3 right behind Nemo at the box office.
With that said, it’ll undoubtedly pass the underwater epic by Monday. Pixar’s 11th has really been performing at the top of its game, especially with so many new releases including surprise hit, Despicable Me.
Here’s how the weekend breaks down. Friday brought in an estimated $6.7 million with a Sunday to match. But it was Saturday that really blew me away with an estimated $9.2 million!
Note: It should also be mentioned that Toy Story 3 has now become the highest grossing domestic release of 2010, surpassing Alice in Wonderland.
Will TS3 come out on top this weekend? Check back on Monday to find out! Until then, let us know what you think!"
TS3 will definatly go past Nemo! Lots of people (me included) loved and grew up with the toys, and we are the ones with money now!
Of course, i;m sure Cars 2 will surpas TS3. lots of little kids love that movie (i do to).

Sorry, me agian: there's a rumor of TS3 and Nemo (on Blu-ray) coming out on November 9th (again that site i posted the link to- upcoming pixar blog)

Guess what? TS3 is now only 500,000 away from breaking Nemo's record!

Toy Story 3 was awesome. I watched it with my uncle, dad, brother, and grandpa. I think we all liked it. *TS3 and Chrono Trigger spoilers* Also, does the dump remind anyone of the future from Chrono Trigger?

Wow - 99% rating! That's probably one of the best ratings EVER for a movie. But then again, Pixar does have a tendency to do that with their movies. All of them have an over 90% rating except for Cars, which has 75%. Why they'd make a sequel for that movie rather than one of their classics, like WALL-E or Up is beyond me...

wtc? those aren't classics!!!! their classics are like..... well i can't really remember >

BUT THOSE AREN'T CLASSICS BOOOOOO
Poppypaynterscratch, for the second time, please watch your language on the scratch forums. "wtc", even on this site, is not considered a good thing to say.
Back on topic: I actually DID choke up a little bit at the end. But I actually didn't break out into tears
. I think one kid cried in the theater, but I'm nut sure if it was just me...

Oh, I love Nemo <3 That was a great movie. TS3 Made me cry. I never cry during movies. The baby made me sad. It was a really great movie, I've been watching Toy Story since I was a little kid
TS3 is one of my favorite Pixar movies ever. Sequels~
The Incredibles: OMG YES.
Cars: Eh. Don't really care.
Monsters inc.: My above all favorite. This deserves a sequel.
Ratatoulie: Eh, same as cars.
Up: PLEASE NO.
Bugs Life: It's been too long, i think.
Wall E: They'd kill it. So, NO.

MI is getting a sequel in 2012! 2012 will also be the first year that Pixar comes out with two movies! MI2 and Brave (aka Bear and the Bow). The Incredibles NEEDS a sequel! but perhaps they wanna do it when they are older so they are waiting. they waited the same time as it would have taken Andy to get to college age. Cars 2 is set to come out June 24, 2011. It is rumored that it will be paired with a Toy Story short. I don;t think Ratatoulie would make a good sequel. but that's me! Bugs life.... it has been too long. they'd have to make it about Flick's childrens' childern! ("My childrens' children will walk down the street and people will point and say, "Look! There goes the spawn of Flik the Loser!") lol. I just hope they NEVER EVER EVER EVER make a sequel to Nemo!!!!! That would just be..... horrible! The story is fine the way it is!!!

From pixarplanet.com/blog : "It’s official: Toy Story 3 is now Pixar’s highest grossing film at the domestic box-office!
The toy gang flew past Finding Nemo on Monday (for real, this time), finally breaking the studio’s longtime record. As if becoming the top selling movie of 2010 wasn’t enough…
"
Yay! TS3 has officialy passed Nemo! what do you all think? again- sorry to post so much! pixar fan here!

I guess Ratauolie is being re-released in 3d?? If you ask me, Incredibles would be much more epic in 3D, plus being Brad Bird's first Pixar film (Rataoullie was his second). Cars would make better sense to release into the third dimension becasue of it's upcoming sequel. that might be cool in 3d too!

The "worst" Pixar movie is still better than any Dreamworks movie ever made. I don't know why Cars is rated the worst Pixar film. It wasn't THAT bad!

El Dorado by Dreamworks was one of the best animations of all time- period.

Finally, someone who agrees that a sequel for WALL-E or Up is a BAD idea! Both of those movies have a certain magic to them that can't be done again. Both stories had a definite ending point to them, unlike Cars or The Incredibles. I'm actually very curious to see Monsters Inc. 2. It sounds interesting. I'm not as interested to see Cars 2, but maybe I'll see it when it comes on DVD. Ratatoulle could have a sequel, but I have a feeling that it would be pretty bad.

no, I hate disney, it should be abolished, and in an importance level, put below dirt
I am sorry if this is offensive to anybody but this is my opinion, and you can't ever change that until disney makes action movies with blood and bombs.

Ok here's the thing- Disney is a FAMILY company!!!!!! So that will never happen! the most blood i've seen in a Disney film is Up. AND I'M OK WITH THAT! If you want "blood and bombs" go elsewhere. Disney is a great company, even if some of the shows on the channel aren't that great.

Yeah Disney will never show blood and bombs if they want to keep their ratings at a minimal level. And the fact that Pixar lacks blood and bombs is one reason that it is so great. You can find blood and bombs anywhere. Pixar can show a wholesome story without blood and bombs. And keep in mind that 5-year-olds are watching these movies, too. They don't want violence, and neither do I.
I didn't see any blood in Up! Where was that?
