Would this be Spamming?
I'd like to get more people involved in The Official Feedback 4 Feedback Gallery, and I've noticed a few people who aren't getting feedback on a project. Would it be spamming to point them to my gallery?

Of course not! As long as the comment makes it clear the commenter ran the project I don't think it's considered spamming. For example:
"Look at my project (link to project)!" is spamming
"Wow, this is just like my project (link to project) - in both games the dog runs away!" is not.
