does scratch have a debugger and what's with F2?

just right now I was putting some numbers into one of my games when I accidentally pressed F2 a menu popped having to do with squeak I also noticed a debugger! I just want a someone to shine a little light on what is happening and if the debugger works

ooh! I think you can even make it so the left, right, and mouse wheel buttons work!
