Poor Signal-Poll
I was bored so I was watching CN(Cartoon Network for all you n00bs) and the sound randomly turned off, I looked up and it had a black banner that said "Poor Signal". Has anyone else gotten this before? Just wondering.

no, but last night I was watching america's got talent and the sound was wierd. like, the music was fine, but some things that people said in front of the cameras was wierd.
