Game and Watch

Hey has anyone here heard of Nintindo's Game & Watch Series?
It looked a lot like the DS but it was a lot eailer. Heres a link to the Wikipedia article:

Making the sprites and backgrounds will be easy but I'm kinda new and need help with code.
Anyone up?

I have experience with
MS Visual BASIC, HTML, Java, C++, Dartmoth BASIC, and Machine Code.
