No, it reallly means megabyte. It's a measurement of memory on a computer. A Scratch project can be a maximum of 10 megabytes.

Actually, it can be as large as you want it to be - but to upload to the website it must be under roughly 10 megabytes - though if you have about 9.7 MB of a project you might not be able to upload.
