What the heck?
I was using my new account TinyTorchic22, and it wrote this:
The following errors need to be corrected before the message can be posted:
* At least 600 seconds have to pass between posts. Please wait a little while and try posting again.
Oh, the glory of it all - adorable cat people dressed as video game characters!

But why 600 seconds instead of 60?
Yes, I know it's new but, that's REDICULOUS.

There is a new status called "New Scratcher". The "New Scratcher"s have to wait 600 seconds instead of 60 because commercial spammers will not tolerate it. I guess since TinyTorchic22 is a new Scratcher, you get the 600 second rule.

That's because there is less moderation, and a lot of people on the TBG at once, and so commercial spammers would be more willing to post there.
