POLL: What does this song FIT?

Well, back story time. The following music track came from the NES game New Ghostbusters 2 (never came out here, we had to deal with the fail Activision game)
and was developed by HAL Labs in 1990. Now, this song just reminds me of Sonic when I hear it. Not Ghostbusters. It also reminds me of the circus.

I thought it was intro music form some company before the real song when it cam one. And then I was like, that was surprisingly long.
