hmm...since you're new, start SIMPLE. How about you play 6 games, 10 seconds each? Like WarioWare style?
And then the faster you complete the level, the more points you get, and at the end of the 6 games it gives you a score.

Look at warioware, like blackmarket mentioned, or 4 second frenzy for inspiration on some games, they're really easy to start making, and microgaming is pretty fun in my oppinion.

60 seconds? How about a timed race? You would have to collect as many dots as possible in 60 seconds. There would be a variable "points" that would change by 1 when you hit a dot. Then it would hide the dot. If you collected all of the dots, it would reset the level, but it would not reset your points.

That is a really good idea HD123 if Scratch worked i would start building rapidly
