The base will be underground for safety, with possible outposts/floating areas/normal areas. We'll specialize in assassinations, with some full invasions if needed.

OK, I've narrowed down all the jobs of people I'll need. Tell me if you want to be one of them (more than one person/job is possible, you can do more than one job):

1. Pyromaniacs
Very simple. These guys get some flint&steel from crafters, and set enemies on fire (and enemy bases, farms etc). Their only job is to light the area they are directed to.

2. Crafters
These people mine/chop wood and create...
flint&steel- for pyromaniacs
axes- for crafters
pickaxes -for crafters
hoes -for farmers
torches -for builders/farmers
swords -for fighters
armor - for fighters
bows and arrows - for assassin/snipers

People:

3. Farmers
These people's goal is to create food and some resources. They are supposed to...
1. Go and slaughter pigs
2. Sheer sheep for quick armor
3. Farm bread (with hoes from crafters)
Farmers should try and work with builders to create a cluster of rooms UNDERGROUND that can farm, and possibly spawn pigs/sheep. (well, increased chance of them spawning).

4. Fighters
These guys are guards that are either guards, or the main charging enemy base invasion force after pyromaniacs light the place on fire. Jobs:
1. Guard
Form a group of 2-5 (to kill skeletons&spiders more quickly) and roam around the base, killing mobs/outsiders.

2. Attacker
Attack the base we're targeting. Where are we targeting? Well, just look for the fire that the pyromaniacs light.

5. Builder
These are the main builders that construct the underground tunnels. Jobs:
1. Work with farmers to create a perfect farming environment underground.

2. Create traps that members will know about.

3. Create a storage room full of chests as the group store.

6. Sniper/assassin
This is the job for you if you love first person shooters. Basically, crafters supply you with a bow and a whole load of arrows. And you can....

1. Guard the entrances to the base.

2. Stay behind the fighters and support them during invasions.

3. (only recommended for awesome people with fast reactions) Scout alone
Scout alone, and come back with information. Very dangerous.

4. Assassinate targets

You'll work with 1-5 more assassins and sneak into an area, finding your target. Then, you all rain arrows on him/her at the same time (maybe the signal could be 3 jumps in a row).

5. Follow griefers for support

7. Everything
You just do a bit of everything. The "normal" player really.

8. Griefers
Just a title, you don't actually grief. Well, you kinda do. There are a few sub jobs...

1. normal
2x flint&steel
5x iron/gold pickaxe
4x grill pork/mushroom soup
5x TNT (if you can get it)
1x bucket of water

And you're wearing the best armor you have. Basically, you follow pyromaniacs, but you don't do what the fighters do, charge in. While the fighters charge through the front, you (and some assassins) come in with your iron pickaxes from the sides and just plain destroy stuff.

2. flooder
5x iron/gold pickaxe
4x grill pork/mushroom soup
64x of a hard block (obsidian etc)
5x bucket of water
5x bucket of lava

Sometimes you can't charge in with warriors. That's when you have 2-3 flooders and a fighter/assassin to get inside, and flood. With LAVA if possible. The other block is to seal off entrances.

SPECIAL GROUPS
And also, we'll need groups of 3 to scout. It'll work like this:
Person 1: fighter
These guys can kill the mobs/weak players found.

Person 2: sniper/assassin
This guy supports.

Person 3: crafter
With a pickaxe, for underground stuff.

You guys need to work well together, so you form the groups.

Scout groups:
none

And we'll need some diamond finders. They find diamonds, we could use these as bait, or weapons. NOT tools, they're too valuable.

Person 3: assasin/sniper OR fighter

Finder groups:
none

Note that everybody will be expected to help start building the base.
