Since everybody is arguing, I've started this thread for the rules.

BUILDING
You can build your country as you like, but there are some rules...
1. No war planes etc.
2. No bombs that destroy the entire map (fill it with lava etc)

WARFARE&DIPLOMACY

You can make some agreements with your neighbors...
1. Alliance
You ally with each other. This means you help each other, don't attack each other but are separate countries.

2. NAP
Non-aggressive pact. Basically, you don't help each other, but you don't attack each other.

3. Merge
Your countries merge. This means you're either co-leaders or one side is leader. Both countries are now one.

When a country decides to start a war with you, you can...

1. Surrender
You surrender, letting them do what they want.

2. Negotiate
You can negotiate, something like "you can have this land, but stay out of the other places".

3. FIght back
Fighting back would mean a battle started (read battles section)


BATTLES
When countries fight, the goal is to box in as many people as possible. Both sides have glass selected and have to try and build something to box in the others. Destroying this glass is not allowed until after the war is over. A person boxed in is "dead" until the war is over. Large countries can do things like set traps for people to run into etc. Also, hyperspeed, flying, admin powers, any "/" commands etc are not allowed.
Since it IS a war, you may destroy/build in your or the enemy's country within reason (don't just randomly destroy their buildings, but you can make a pit or two for people to run into). This is the damage the countries took during the war  .
