No more computer virus!! YAY!
the epic story of me and the virus:
computer: you now have a virus, die
me: ok, I will just erase you
virus: no, *reinstalls self*
me: so, I will live around you
virus: ok then
a few months later...
virus: ha ha ha, no living around me now!
me: skrew you virus, I will be going to a hotel with free wi-fi that cannot be used because of you
virus: so, no more internet for you!
me: *pulls out windows 7 reboot disk* die * puts disc in external disc drive*
virus: NOOOOO!!!!!
me: boom!
computer: how may I service you?
anyway, I did blast my computer, it is now virus free, and I can use that free Wi-Fi!
and I will be able to be on scratch a lot more
and all other sites!
and a quick warning to windows 7 users:
trojan viruses come from downloads, so alway make sure what you download is safe

You have to be a [removed by Moderator] to think that viruses don't come from downloads.

Reinstalling the operating system from the original disks will certainly cure a virus problem...but that's pretty drastic as it wipes out all your data on your computer.
Did you try installing an anti-virus program or two first? I've had good luck with Webroot's Spysweeper program...it runs all the time in the background to watch my downloads. I also have it sweep the computer completely every couple of days.

Oh yeah, I heard about Spysweeper... my friend uses it. I use Norton AntiVirus though. [off topic]Btw, I'm making a fake antivirus program. It's called Helltank AntiVirus and runs on Wei2912's Balloon OS. The OS will have a 10% chance of having a virus, which increases by 5% everytime you do certain things, like downloading apps from the app store. When you run the program, if there is a virus, it will give you the name of the virus(which is also random)and you can destroy it. Simple and kinda useless, but adds alot of reality to the OS and is addictingly fun for some reason.
Error:Signature could not load. Please wait for an indefinite amount of time, until you realize you're gullible and go off to look for another potentially interesting signature to stare at.

one other thing I forgot to include, I put all of my scratch files, and toher types of files onto a flashdrive, which took about 2 hours, but all my files are saved, I did not put them back on yet but I will
