You do not speak on behalf on all Canadians. The greater percentage of Canada eats that food because it is Canadian, I did research. That is traditional Canadian food.

Factual Proof:

Pancakes and Canadian Syrup: Canadians have been eating, and taking maple syrup from trees. It is commonly on pancakes nowadays.

Toutans: A Newfoundland dessert or breakfast made very commonly there. Is a bread like thing, eaten with molasses.

Toutierre: The French-Canadien First Nations and European Explorers ate this at feasts and parties. Is like a meat pie.

Bannock: Inspired by the British way of making bread, the First Nations of Canada made there own style of bread, called Bannock. It used roots and syrup sometimes, but is traditionally flour, water, powders and spices, and animal fat.

Lire a la Neige: The First Nations children would like to pour maple syrup onto the snow and let it harden for the next day. Then, ti was sugared and eaten like a sticky, chewy toffee-like candy.

Strawberry Juice: Often used in rituals and gatherings, the Iroquois made this by crushing strawberries into water and flavoring with sugar and spice.

I will add Poutine too:

Poutine: Started being served in diners in Quebec, 1950, but quickly spread across Canada and is still served today.

Oh, and spotted dick is a British dessert. It is like a cake filled with raisins and dried fruit, making it look spotted.

A can't have arepas for both. Which one suits it more? And can you tell me the ingrediants for all?

it's perfect for any time of day  tongue  just put scrambled eggs on it and you have breakfast!
I don't know about the dessert, but arepas are water, corn flour and salt, seared and then baked, split open, buttered, then are filled with things like ham, chese, black beans, scrambled eggs, etc. it would probably be best for main course. they still have things like cereal there. now I'm hungry!

Re: Various Worldwide Foods

Mexico (I'm Mexican-American so I would know.)
Quesidillas: Tortillas with melted cheese and sometimes ham. Make them on a griddle.
Taco: Corn tortillas(Flour aren't authentic) with toppings(You know this.) Just don't do yellow cheese. White cheese is used most often.
Flan: A baked custard
Mexican rice: Rice(not the sticky sushi kind) cooked with creamy tomato sauce(Tomato+milk) and corn to finish.

I hope this helps  smile
