Being able to lock your own topics
Hi,
Do you think it would be a good idea to lock your own topic once your question has been answered? Or you've found all the members you need for a company? I don't know how hard it is for the mods but it must be by chance that they find the 'please close this thread post' s and this could all be made a lot easier if we were able to close our own.
What do you think?

Well, if you want it closed at the moment, just report your thread and tell us you want it closed - reports aren't just for bad stuff 
This has been suggested before - and I think it would be a good idea. There was a suggestion before to allow complete moderation of your own threads, which I'm not quite advocating for because it would be easy to abuse. But I do like your suggestion, though it's not urgent because you can just report

Hmm... coolstuff, how exactly can ppl abuse the Complete Moderation of their own threads?
Error:Signature could not load. Please wait for an indefinite amount of time, until you realize you're gullible and go off to look for another potentially interesting signature to stare at.

In suggestions, the topic owner could delete any posts that disagreed with the suggestion. Nasty users could also edit other users' posts and change things.
As coolstuff said, for now simply report your topic to be closed - it's what I do, and it always works (well, of course it does 
)!

True, true. I suggest being able to mess around with the original post ONLY
