I think that the smilies should work on projects- not just forums, especially with the text that Scratch has set. Anyone agree?

People can just delete those comments. Or if they spam too much with
too much they can get a message warning.

"On projects?" Like, in the editor that Scratch itself has? What if I wanted to write :P in my project - I can't just turn of smilies like in this post!

Yes, that would make sense - but I don't think we're in any serious emergencies to get that done at the moment. It's fine the way it is
