Edit: Are all major Programming languages that expensive or are some a bit cheaper? (say 20-50$?) I mean, 700$ is a ton of money!

Abode owns the only good flash maker so they can charge whatever they want.

You can get tools for most programming languages for free.

The only reason I have flash is because one of my neighbors works on web page development and is legally allowed to give the macromedia MX suite to anyone she wants to.

Adityasm9, I don't know if that is suitable for the kind of game I will be making. Remember this is going to be made in flash and people have higher standards for flash work.

Sure, you can upload a running cycle. It should be up to the standards that most flash are at though.
