If you're talking about blocks on a forum, the best way to do it is to script it on scratch then right click in the script area and click 'save picture of scripts'. Then create an account in a photo-sharing website (such as photobucket) and upload the script there. From there, you should see the required code and in the forum post, you should type something like this:
.
NOTE: that the code above isn't the website, but is the embedding code.

Here's an example how i explaned how an on/off switch will work:

Re: gamez-me

By the way, I believe that this topic should be closed as there is a whole forum where people can ask for help and not be sandwiched in one topic post. Also, a forum topic should be more precise about one topic, not a broad generalisation.

Re: gamez-me

Paul8521- Question for gamez-me:

Ok. First get the blocks and put them next to each other. Don't let go of them until you see a white line under the bock you want it to be connected to. here is an example:

i put a 'when flag clicked:'
i held up 'show' and dragged it under ';when flag clicked'.
i wait until i see a white line under 'when flag clicked' and then drop the block.
i hope i helped.
if u still don't understand, ask me again.  wink
