How do I join WOTF?

How do I join WOTF? I've heard about it, and I want to join, because I am a true arriors fanatic, as I just finished Power of Three an I am currently reading Bluestar's prophecy. I don't know any rules, so could somebody explain all this to me please?

I would link you to the gallery, but there are currently over 9000 galleries that RPG in the world of WOTF, so I'm not sure what you want to do. The link up there is a good one, too but it's in the forums, so it's stricter.
