URL block
Here's how the block works:
When I recieve: Url
go to url: www.scratch.mit.edu
That way, the OSes could be much more realistic!
Error:Signature could not load. Please wait for an indefinite amount of time, until you realize you're gullible and go off to look for another potentially interesting signature to stare at.

No.
I always say no to this.
People could make it link to viruses, inappropriate content, or just anything bad.
However, if it works only in the scratch.mit.edu website, then I'm OK with the idea.

I disagree; there are so many dangerous sites out there that could be summoned easily within a Scratch project...
