Hmm... do you get any error messages?
Some things to check are:
- Parental controls: It might block Scratch from uploading.
- Internet speed: Might not be fast enough to upload a project at the moment - try waiting a while, and trying to reupload.
- Website "hiccup": There could have been a small hiccup with the website - wait a while, and try uploading again.

what I think it failed is because of an overload of sprites, but then, how can other people share it???
