...to get a real life lightsaber!
I love Star Wars
So I went on ThinkGeek.com, and the first thing I saw was this:
http://www.thinkgeek.com/geektoys/collectibles/b72c/
O3O
I used to have enough money for it... Then I spent it on other, awesomely cool things...
I can't wait until my dad comes home. He will FREAK OUT. He's a major star wars nerd.

Commercials air on TV all the time for those toys.

yah, but this is a collectible complete with a unique stand
It's what 40 year old nerds collect in their spare time, not what a 7 year old would get for their birthday.

Are you seven, or are you asking if I'm seven, or is seven is just an example?
I'm twelve, so I would psyched if I were to get that for my thirteenth birthday. It's a collectible toy that costs $119.45 and is completely awesome. It's movie authentic, and has sound effects, so it's like any Star Wars geek's dream birthday present.

Seven is an example of what age most people get those cheap lightsabers for, the ones you get in any toy store.
What this is is something tottaly different that isn't for play but for collecting.
I thought i phrased it like that but sorry for the misunderstanding.

It can be a collectable or a toy, whatever you want to buy it for. Did you watch the video? It was funny xD In the video, they are playing with the saber, not putting it on a stand and basking in it's glory

Play with it
Actually, I would buy three, and use he Konata method.
"Why three?" you ask.
I reply "Well, don't you want one playing with, and one for keeping in mint condition?"
"Yeah. What's the third for?"
"Either for showing off, or for selling when you get broke."
Lolz

Argh. It's not real.
I went to the link, but in the animated picture they had there, the light went down, but a plastic thing was left there. You can't make human swiss cheese with a long red lamp; that's basically what it is.

Whoa...120 dollars is a little expensive for what, in the end, is a piece of plastic.
It's not even the retractable kind. Not to mention, those, you could design your own blade handle, not just choose between pre-made ones

O3O looks like a Yoshi Kissing Fish from SMG2. [/epical offtopicness]
I saw those, because we get the catalog. They make epic stuff, like a nom nom nom lunchbox, and a working drum T-Shirt.

The only reason you got a plastic lite brite sword, worth hundreds of dollars, was to hit things with it's fragile easily-breakable pieces?

What a way to rip a hundred dollars then use it to destroy more money? What a plan!
