They are not celebrities. Miley and Jonas Bros are Disneychannel-made stars. Big Time Rush is a Nickelodeon-made star. Justin Beiber, he just got lucky because Usher was going deaf for a day or two and thought he was good.
Yes, they should all go to foreign countries, along with every Disneychannel/Nickelodeon-made star.

While I certainly agree that exposure to other countries and cultures can be an enlightening experience...I'm getting the feeling that you are more eager to see these singers sent anywhere far away from you, rather than hoping that they benefit from their travel experiences 
If these singers are truly as bad as you say...why would you want to inflict them on foreign countries? Shouldn't we solve our own problems, rather than wish them on other people?
