Remove Default Tags From Top Tags

Why should they be there in the first place? Don't other tags deserve a chance to shine? Top tags shouldn't include art, animation, game, ect, because we all know they'd be there.

Well, there's no other direct links to them on the site, and I think we already have a good variety of other tags, so I wouldn't mind them staying  smile
