questions... by me!

Ok first question-
How do I get songs from my computer (sunch as ones on ITunes or windows media player) as sounds on my project? I ask because one of my fave things to do is animated lyrics (speaking of which- go vote for your fave phineas and ferb song on my topic on the ideas forum)

Re: questions... by me!

Well, if you look up in the top of the page on the program (underneath the toolbars though, in the middle), you should see 3 panels: Costumes Scripts and Sounds. Choose sounds and then select 'Import Music'. If it's a proper format of music (I think .wav or .mp3 I'm not sure which), you can import it to Scratch. You should probably import it into the background. Importing sound into a certain sprite or background will only work for that sprite or background. If you want the music in more than one sprite, you'll have to import it each time to each individual sprite. I hope this helps.

Adding on to that, if you make an animated gif of whatever it is that you are animating, you can create a new sprite and import the gif as a costume, not as a new sprite. It will give you all the frames in order, and lined up the way you want them.
