Profile problem with Time Zones

I keep on trying to update my Time Zone to 0 GMT (because I live in England), but it keeps on thinking I'm in the -5 GMT Eastern Time Zone, and put's it straight back to -5 GMT when I click 'Submit'. Help?!!!
