Though Japanese is really hard to put into a translator because there are literally almost no rules.
They say with every rule there is an exception, but in japanese it's different. With every rule, there are 50 exceptions xD. Oh, how I wish Maki were here (nostalgia attack).

I'd assume 14, if he can speak Japanese and use Scratch.

My reason for saying 14 is kinda different from that, I know 2 (possibly 3) languages and use scratch!
