I started and finished EV training a Aromatherapy Blissey today. She's nicknamed "Scrambled!" and has 27 Sp.Def IVs. Her EV spread is 252 HP/252 Def/6 Speed.

ye, in 3v3 Blissey wont be able to do enough and 3 hits would take her out from full health.

Possibly, but aren't the power of moves divided by the appropriate number of enemies if they affect more than one? Because if I've remembered right and that is the case, moves which affect the whole field for just damage will be a lot weaker than usual. Also, Dark Void would now be broken because it would set half the opponents team to sleep in one move.
