project popups

I was thinking, in the suprise projects area, random projects can scroll over, in a endless line, sort of like youtube's videos. This could be great to advertise projects that may not be so populur

due to pop. request, scrolling tutorial

Yeah, just have an endless line of scrolling projects, 1 by 1 marching down. I like it!
