So, since they are the exact same, is the Scratch website getting rid of Scratchboards and making (well, not them making. You get the idea) into Picoboards? Because I was thinking about getting one, but if there 20 bucks more, it's too much

I think the only way to get a board now is through the PICO website.
And yes, ScratchBoard is the same as PicoBoard (at least for now).

The Scratch Board was subsidized by the Lifelong Kindergarten group at MIT, and thus it could be sold at a lower price. Unfortunately, that approach was not sustainable for the long term. The MIT Scratch Team decided it was better to rely on outside groups (such as PICO) for production and distribution of sensor boards that work with Scratch.
