I was wondering if you could set up a page that tells a user which people on scratch have added you as a friend. Right now, on the profile page, it only shows users who you added as a friend, not those who have added YOU. Could you do this?

I support... and it would be a good way to get an idea of how many people will view your project in the "My Friends' Latest Projects" bit of the front page.

yeah! maybe like the "remix visualization" so there could be a "friendship visualization"!
Imagine how extensive that would be.
Hey, maybe there's the 6 degrees of separation on Scratch! That would be neat!

So anybody is working on it?
If no, then START NAIO (NOW)

I think I support.

I support as well! I really don't feel like browsing thousands of userlists to see who added me, so this idea would work well.

That would be like on wikipedia: one article leading to another, going to 5 more, and so on. You could try and get from one scratcher to another in the fewest possible clicks. And also, have you ever noticed how if LOADS of people remix a project, then you can't read people's names because there are so many. I support the idea of having a "People who have friended you" list, but I don't support having a "Friend visualisation". It would be too crowded and complicated.

I like this idea. I'm thinking that they're not really friends if they can add you without your permission. Surely they're subscribing to view your projects on their homepage? I think that the current friends thing should be replaced with a "subscribe" section that does what you've suggested above, while a friends section is added where you have to accept a friend request from someone before you appear on their friend list or they appear on yours. This makes more sense than you being on the friend's list of a random person who you don't really know in any way, who just randomly added you. (Anyone else get friend messages from users with no projects and a hundred friends? let's stop that strangeness).
