In nintendo's past years super smash bros have evolved in graphics. Scratch was not created to make advanced graphics that are in SSB melee and SSB brawl. But in the nintendo 64 super smash bros came in 3D. But this was simple 3D. I discovered that the characters in the game are simulated in 3D becuase if different shapes that are in the characters. Shapes like trianges and squares where put into the characters. Those shape where put together to look like body parts. When tose shape were put together a 3D illusion was made. Scratch may not be able to create advanced 3D graphics but it can create 64 bit graphics with shapes being put together. For a good close up example look for funny SSB pics. Close up on luigi and captian falcon may help.

I did think of making a 3-D way using twisting, streching, skewing, turning, rotating, etc. shapes stuck together. However, in scratch, you can't twist or stretch or skew in Scratch so my idea was nothingness.

3D is still made this way. It's just that the N64 couldn't support that many triangles or squares being displayed at one time, so the characters looked blocky.
