To put a photo in as a costume, just save it to your computer in a place that you'll be able to find easily, and then press the button that looks like a folder beneath the stage in Scratch to import it.

I'm afraid I can't help you with your microphone.

As for sprites, there *was* a great website called Scratch Resources where you could upload, share, and download your sprites, but it's being renovated at the moment...

yes, you can delete any project from the site.  all you have to do is click on your name then check off all projects you wish to delete.  then click the "delete selected projects" button.  and by the way, welcome to scratch!
