Can't Push Buttons

I cannot push buttons.  I copied and edited the Mario Rpg game with button pushing.  I did an exact copy and I can't push the buttons to play the game.

To help you out here, I need a little more info. Are you have trouble pushing buttons in:
- Your Scratch project?
-The Scratch program?
-The Scratch website?
-Online Scratch projects?
