Also we need a Forum STICKY topic as "CONTACT THE MOD" where anyone can post inorder to tell the moderator anything

First sentence, yes. That's basically it. Although you should do that even if you're not a member. As for the Sticky topic, that's a definite no. That's what the report button is for. There's really no need for this group, because eveyone's supposed to help anyone anyway; that makes it redundant.

but suppose you wanted to tell the Mod something that is not exactly reporting (as in to ask him/her to intervene or to tell him/her to close a topic)
Like i wanted a mod to intervene here.

And once something is reported, it doesn't need more then one. That would just clog up the report system.

Their new player, Brian Zoubek (he' like 7'2) went to the High School in my town. I saw him play once. It was epic.
