Hmm... I'm not sure I've come across that before 
If it looks like this page here, check that you have spelt the URL correctly... Otherwise, I'm not sure.
I'll move this to "Troubleshooting" for you

I think the project you are trying to go to was deleted by it's creator or the Scratch Team.

It seems either you are trying to compress your scratch project or the project is to big. Currently the maximum project size that can be uploaded is 10 MB's. So try to compress it and then try to upload it. If not, then try to upload it without compressing it. If it still does not work then please post saying what error it tells you.
Whenever you have a problem just remember to post it on the forums or if it has been posted read the solution that is on a certain thread.
