Scratch needs to have multiple bans so they can adress each problem accordingly. These bans would include tempory and permanant: Total Bans, IP bans, Project bans, Social Bans, and forum bans. There are already several types of bans, ranging from IP to e-mail. You can also be banned from only the main site, or just the forums, or both.
