Can't post?
When I'm in the Inspiration and More section I'm trying to reply to a topic, but the Quick Post box doesn't come up.
Also, the 60 Second Rule kept coming up after 8+ minutes of trying to post this.
(In case you were wondering, I've used Scratch on a friend's account but never bothered to sign up until now.)

Clarification, You are a "New Scratcher," therefor you have limited abilities. Scratch forums has recently had many Spam attacks, and have taken this precaution to fight back an attack...

In a little while, you'll be upgraded to "Member" status and have exactly the posting priveleges everyone else has. For now, you may wish to refer to this thread to find out what you can and can't do.
