Yeah, this has been asked before...
The solution is to use something like GIMP or another non-scratch painter, instead of the Scratch sprite editor...
Or you can take a screenshot of the text you want and import it into the paint editor.

Yes, k ,just wondering because sometimes i am lazy and cant be bothered making on something else then importing :p
do you know if it will be included in any new versions of scratch?

This is doable just make the costume with 1 text box, export then import the costume and hey presto you can add a new text box!
