By "More stuff", do you mean flagging other items such as galleries? Having the ability would be great...

And you should be able to flag comments for more than being inappropriate. 
Oh... we're allowed to flag comments for being mean as well.
The "Flag as Inappropriate" button should be called "Flag" then. 
...
Flagging users would be great! If they had an inappropriate icon or username, we could simply flag them. 
What's the "More stuff" though (as people before me have asked )?

I'm pretty sure that if a user has an inapppropriate name/avatar, you can flag one of their comments/projects and mention that you're flagging that user instead. But If they have no projects or comments, that becomes inpossible. So I agree
