I think he just looks at everyone's post count.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

I use the normal search feature, and search everyone.  big_smile

But when coolstuff updates, he uses the user search (only for moderators) and gets the whole list - easy!  tongue
