Sure, you can finish the dictionary. Make it short.

Scratch City Dictionary:

User Alleys - Where one user inhabits and alley that they use to put in their, games, characters, pictures, and projects. These projects are life. So a game comes in an arcade station, a picture is a picture on the wall, and characters are living. Unfinished projects are basically a lump of blocks.

Topic Booths - About the size of a telephone booth, the inside is huge. You walk in and talk to people about the topic.

Re: Scratch City: A Book about Online Chaos

The Reporting Office:
Where all the reports go. Then, they are checked to see if they are really innapropriate.

The Scratch Office:
Where the Scratch Team works.

Scratch Jail:
Where banned people go.

The Noob Gate:
Where all the noobs come from.

The Forest:
Where the RPers live (Anthros, Hamsters, and Other Characters)

Publicity Mountain:
Jump of it to get publicity.

Monitor:
A screen that viewws projects.

How about in the RPG you choose good or bad? Than you choose what you are.

Good:
Mod: Can Ban, Edit, Delete and More!
Report Bot: Reports to mods what bad things are happening!
Scratcher: A good Scratcher!

Neutral (Can be good or bad):
Noob: A new person! Speaks with bad grammar.
Scratcher: A neutral Scratcher
Anthro: A part human part animal.
Hamster: A hamster (Has hamstermon to fight with)

Bad:
Spammer: A normal Scratcher, who just does random things.
Bot: Looks normal, but is a robot disguised as a human. Tries to talk normal but advertises aswell.
Hacker: A cyborg robot type person who speaks 1337 sometimes. Hacks a lot.
Troll: A big beast that makes everyone angry.
Publicity Stunter: A person who always lies, tricks, and jumps of publicity mountain.
Scratcher: A bad Scratcher.

Then you choose a weapon:
Ban Hammer: Mods use this. Bans people.
Flamethrower: Anyone can use this, but mods typically don't and its mostly the bad side. Makes people angry.
Spam Gun: A rapidly shooting gun that spreads spam.
Troll Gun: A large, slow shooting gun (but does more damage) that spreads anger, cussing, and innapropriate projects.
Hax0r Key: A key that when inserted into the lock on someones monitor will hack it.
Report Remote: A remote control that will report any kind of Scratcher.

Here is the map of the world:

Hmm... as long as it's not naming names, and not referring to specific incidents (eg, mentioning an argument in a specific thread, or a specific time that someone posted inappropriate links), I don't think it would cause too much trouble if we don't force people into reading it. On the other hand, people might get a little mleh-ish if someone shouts "READ THIS NAOW!" at them, and then there might be arguments... I'm not sure...  hmm

I have an idea. Feel free to use it:
The topic booths can change orders. One would be in the front, another one behind it, and so on. The topic with the most recent post equivalent is at the front.

You don't post, you talk. But if it has the most people visiting it, maybe... stickies would be in a nice, neat row in front of the regular topics, and they would be red, and the regulars would be blue.

Post equivalent. Maybe the things people said are stored on a database?

Remove troll, add better enemies, including rebel leaders, riots, and other things to make this book better. But overall, you have a great writing style, I wish to read more!
