Half Life 2...

..is what I'm buying this Monday. It's in JB-FI for $12 (AUS)  yikes

I already own portal, so I'm suspecting this game will be epic too.

What's it like? My internet has been slowed down to one-legged-turtle-speed so I haven't had a chance to look at game play videos and such.

I haven't played, but everyone tells me it's an awesome game. My dad has it and really liked it.

It's awesome
But I suck at games, so I always use cheat codes, therefore I haven't ever really played it.
Well, actually I got to the apartment building with the green monsters before I started cheating, then I restarted the game and attacked a bunch of scientists with weapons I cheated for. Good times, good times
